I had some delicious fried pork belly with rice, hard boiled marinated egg, and broccoli, and a strawberry iced tea. I have no complaints about the food. The atmosphere is nice if you like anime, and the service is prompt and efficient. I took one star off of service because the waiter did not tell me how to place an order. After a few minutes of waiting to get a menu, I realized there were little slips tucked off to the side on my table to write my order. If they make that more clear to new customers, then they'd have an A+ from me.

My recent visit to Rayaki Ramen in Edison, NJ was an okay dining experience. The restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, and the service was friendly and efficient. However, the ramen itself was decent but didn't quite meet my expectations. The broths lacked the depth and complexity I look for, and the noodles were cooked adequately, but nothing remarkable. The toppings were average and didn't leave a lasting impression. While Rayaki Ramen provided a satisfactory meal, it didn't leave me with a strong desire to return or recommend it as a top ramen spot in the area.

Quality skewers, have been here a couple of times and it's been good. Interesting decor and good service. Ramen broth could use a little more seasoning. Had the curry recently , solid

Burnt garlic ramen is amazing. Really cool fun spot. The decor in the restaurant is great. staff is welcoming and quick. The fries are also a must try item very good. Boba is delicious here as well. If you like ramen this is a good spot highly recommend checking out.

We got the tonkatsu and chicken katsu ramen, and chicken wing robatayaki - Good noodles - Poor Presentation - Dry/tough pork We did NOT like the chickens smell or taste. First time I didn’t finish a bowl of ramen.

Great atmosphere for any self-proclaimed anime fan. Would definitely recommend making a reservation if coming on the weekend—it was packed. Highlight of the day was the quail egg/bacon skewers, which were phenomenal. Rayaki fries are also delicious as well. The ramen itself was good, not great—the charsiu was overcooked, tough, and dry unfortunately. But between the anime episodes playing on the TV and the anime songs in the background, there is a lot to like.

If you are an anime and ramen fan this is your place. Rayaki Ramen has an amazing wall art and food. The waitress is very attentive. When you arrive and seated they give you the menu with a pencil to mark which food you want. I really recommend the steak ramen & shrimp. They both have an Amazon flavor. All though I tried the Miso ramen from this place and it’s not my favorite. The broth taste is bitter, the Chashu is weird; its not soft like in other places. They have a variety of appetizers, Ramens and other foods to choose from. They have different Milk Teas really recommend the Mango Milk Tea. Other tan that I’ll give this place a 8/10

Stunning artwork & savory food. Obviously the Ramen is worth the drive but other options like pork belly rice bowls, teriyaki chicken and bubble teas give you great options. Definitely try their Rayaki fries!
